The Griffith Organised Debating Society (GODS) is a social debating society that was established to foster the art of persuasive speaking and the myriad of skills that can be harnessed through the fun that is debating. GODS is a friendly and social society, with post-debating drinks at a local establishment each week, as well as a range of socials throughout the year. We have meetings every week during Semester 1 and 2, from 6-8pm every Monday night (venue still to be finalised). If you are interested in debating, please come along to a meeting or send us an email at griffithdebating@gmail.com - we would love to meet you!
